Whether it's a single component or a complete system of valves, guides, seats, shims, springs, retainers and lower collars, they can fabricate the parts to your exact specifications.

Advanced Sleeves are machined on state of the art CNC machining centers and designed to give the best fit of any cylinder liner available today. All ports are machined to drastically reduce the amount of time needed in the port-blending process and are machined to exacting specifications.

Hot Rods are manufactured with a specialty developed shot peening process that improves durability. By shot peening the connecting rod's surface, fatigue durability is improved two times over a forged rod and over eight times when compared to a polished rod.

Vertex piston kits are gravity cast with aluminium alloy (not forged) with an 18-20% silicone content, which gives the rider a light but strong piston. Pistons skirts are Molybdenum Bisulphide coated for faster break-in time and increased piston life. All pistons are heat treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle.
